WORLD VISION FOUNDATION

Child Care & Protection

Child protection and care is not only our duty but also the fundamental right of every child. In remote and underprivileged areas, children are particularly susceptible to child abuse, trafficking, and crime. World Vision Foundation is committed to safeguarding and nurturing these vulnerable children. Through our programs, we strive to protect them from harm and create safe environments. Moreover, we actively work towards providing educational opportunities, empowering them for a brighter future, and ensuring that every child receives the care, protection, and education they deserve.

Child Right

World Vision Foundation is dedicated to protecting the rights of children. We understand that every child deserves to live a life free from exploitation, discrimination, and violence. We strive to raise awareness among the public about child rights and work diligently to ensure their protection. By educating communities, advocating for policy changes, and collaborating with other organizations, we work to create an environment where children can thrive fearlessly. Our goal is to empower children to grow into responsible and sincere citizens who contribute positively to their countries.  Our efforts aim to provide children with the opportunities they need to reach their full potential and contribute positively to society.

Old Age Care

Caring for the elderly is a crucial responsibility that World Vision Foundation upholds. As an old African proverb wisely states, “Those who respect the elderly pave their own road toward success.” In recognition of the plight faced by abandoned and neglected senior citizens, our foundation is committed to providing support and care. Many elderly individuals find themselves destitute and alone, often abandoned by their families or lacking the means to support themselves due to their age. Understanding the importance of empathizing with this vulnerable population, we strive to offer free shelter, essential medications, nutritious meals, clothing, and comprehensive healthcare services through our old age home. Our goal is to create a safe and secure environment, providing all necessary facilities at no cost, to ensure the well-being and dignity of the elderly.

Awareness of Yoga

Since ancient times, yoga has remained a powerful practice for the mind, body, and spirit. It is a holistic practice that combines physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation and holds immense benefits for overall well-being. WVF is actively raising awareness about yoga, its various forms, and its benefits. We educate individuals on how yoga can alleviate the suffering caused by chronic diseases. By promoting yoga, we aim to empower people with a natural and holistic approach to improving their well-being and encourage them to embrace the transformative power of yoga and discover a path to better health and inner harmony.

Samuhik Vivah

Marriage is an important milestone in life, but many underprivileged individuals struggle to afford the expenses associated with it. Recognizing the significance of this occasion, World Vision Foundation conducts Samuhik Vivah, where we organize mass weddings for those who cannot afford their wedding expenses. Through this initiative, we aim to ensure that every deserving individual has the opportunity to enter into a sacred union without financial burdens. By providing support and celebrating love, we contribute to the happiness and stability of these couples, fostering stronger communities in the process.

Women Empowerment

Women’s empowerment is crucial for the progress of a nation. World Vision Foundation recognizes this and strives to uplift underprivileged and marginalized women as they are not much aware of their rights and duties. Regarding this, we raise awareness about women’s rights and encourage them to raise their voices against violence and abuse. We have also undertaken some vocational training to equip them with the skills to earn a livelihood and support their families financially. By empowering women, we break the cycle of poverty, unemployment, and social issues, leading toward a brighter and more equitable future for all.

Skill Development

In today’s world, it is crucial for women to earn their own livelihoods and stand strong. World Vision Foundation recognizes this and provides training in stitching and tailoring to underprivileged women and also to unprivileged youth. By providing training to them with these valuable skills, we empower them to earn money and gain respect. This enables them to support their families financially, living with independence and self-confidence. Through skill development, we strive to create opportunities for women to thrive, breaking barriers and building a brighter future for themselves and their communities.
