International Yoga Day
World Vision Foundation joins the global celebration of International Yoga Day, an annual event on June 21st that honors the ancient practice of yoga. With a deep understanding of the transformative power of yoga, the foundation embraces this day in the collaboration with Indian Yoga Association and Shri Ramkrishna Vivekanand Sangh, Bokaro to promote wellness, foster unity, and empower individuals and communities through the practice of yoga. On International Yoga Day, World Vision Foundation strives to create awareness about the benefits of yoga and its potential to enhance physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
Children’s Day
At World Vision Foundation, we joyously celebrate Children’s Day as a special event dedicated to honoring and empowering children. Through a day filled with exciting activities, games, and educational workshops, we create a nurturing and inclusive environment where children can express themselves, build friendships, and experience the joy of childhood. Our Children’s Day celebration not only brings laughter and fun but also raises awareness about child rights and advocates for the well-being and protection of every child. Independence day
Independence Day, celebrated on 15th August every year, is a significant event in the history of India. It marks the day when India gained independence from British rule after years of struggle and sacrifices by our freedom fighters. At World Vision Foundation we celebrate Independence Day with great fervor and enthusiasm, paying tribute to our freedom fighters and their sacrifices. It is a day of national pride and unity, where we come together to honor our rich cultural heritage and diversity. We organize various events and activities to celebrate Independence Day, our secretary hoists the National Flag and gives motivational speeches for our members, volunteers as well as children. Through these events, we aim to inspire a sense of patriotism and instill a love for our country in the younger generation.
Republic day
Republic Day is celebrated on 26th January every year to commemorate the day when the Constitution of India came into effect, marking India’s transition to a democratic republic. It is a day of great significance for every Indian, as we celebrate the spirit of democracy, freedom, and unity. At World Vision Foundation, we celebrate Republic Day with great enthusiasm, patriotism, and pride. It is a day of national unity, where we come together to honor our rich cultural heritage and diversity.
